Diagnose Your Colon: Feces Analysis

Sometime, we need to observe the feces when we do the pup:). We can judge the healthy of colon by observing the feces form, and the way they do in water :). Below is the method:

1. Spreading like porridge

The best feces is bubur. It’s not the same with diarrhea. You can compare it with baby feces who only consumed ASI.

2. When go into water, it breaks and or flying on top of water

This is good. Meaning, you don’t have much toxin in your colon.

3. When go into water, it doesn’t break and it flying inside the water

What I meant by flying in the water is that is neither on the top of water nor in the bottom. It’s just flying in the middle. How can you observe that? You find out your self.

4. When go into water, it diping right to the bottom

It means that your colon contains much toxin. It is usually so hard that it can make the anus bleeding. You are in a serious constipation.

In addition to the above condition, feces form like pasta or diarrhea is also the symptom of chronic constipation. Below is the photograps of dried feces (taken from the book written by DR. Bernard Jensen, an Iridology expert entitle "Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management")
