Herbal Solution

For chronic problematic colon, you definetely need herbal/medicine. You need it to lubricate colon and peeling off the dried feces that sticked on it. The question is: How do you know what the chronic colon is?

The simple way: Ask the questions below to your self:

1. Do you defecate every day? If the answer is NO, then you probably got chronic colon. Why? Because when you don’t pup every day, meaning you hold up more than 4 portion of food (breakfast, lunch, dinner and next morning breakfast). It will make your colon heavy. The transverse colon will go down pressing the organ under it. The decending colon will be ballooned (ballooned sigmoid), holding the feces. The apendic will be filled by feces (appendicitis), and many colon disorders.

2. Is your irish good? Please find the complete Irridology technic in the book: “LOVE YOUR COLON, Do Colon Cleansing”.

To get the correct herbal, you can ask your natural practitioner or you can go to Amazone.com for perfect herbal solution. One thing that important: Don’t use laxative such a salt or another kind of chemical laxative, it will flush out all the mineral and good bacterias in your colon. So, be wise, be healthy.

Manage the way you eat

The body timing is divided into 3 phases:

1st phase:

Time 04.00 – 12.00 is detoxification phase. At this phase, the energy is mostly needed to detox the toxin (± 1/3 energy). This is the perfect time to pup. It means, we don’t need to eat high carbohidrate food such as rice or bread. High carbohydrate food will consume 1/3 energy to process. If we eat such a heavy food, thus the body will lack of 2/3 energy (1/3 detoxification and 1/3 digesting heavy food). It will interfere the process of detoxification. It will hold the feces in the colon. What we need in the morning is juicing or honey.

2nd phase:

Time 13.00 – 18.00. This is it! We can eat a lot at this phase. This is the phase that we need high energy for activity. So, eat lot of high carbohydrate.

3rd phase:

Time 18.00 – 04.00. It is the rehabilitation time. The body needs energy to recover damage cells. At this phase, do not force the body to digest heavy food. Don’t eat too much. Fruit or juicing will be the best.

In addition to above phases, do the following tips:

• Do fasting twice a week. Fasting makes your organ fresh.

• Get used to morning and evening sunlight.
• Do light exercises.

Diagnose Your Colon: Colonoscopy

One of the methods to diagnose the colon is colonoscopy. It is the most accurate method, but it is also the most expensive one. Please consult you doctor for this therapy.

Colonosocpy is a medical term consists of 2 words: colono means colon or large intestine. Scopy is ‘look into’. So colonoscopy is a method that the expert can observe the condition of bowel from the inside. This method uses a tool called colonoscope: it is a long 1 cm diameter flexible pipe with a camera at the end of the pipe. It is connected to the TV monitor. This is the illustration how the colonoscope works:

Below are the photographs of colonoscopy result:

Diagnose Your Colon: Irridology

Irridology has 90% accuracy observing colon. We observe the condition of iris representing the condition of bowel. It can detect prolapsus, diverticulosis, collitis, spasm, or stricture. Please find the book “LOVE YOUR COLON, Do Colon Cleansing” for the complete tutorial.

Diagnose Your Colon: Feces Analysis

Sometime, we need to observe the feces when we do the pup:). We can judge the healthy of colon by observing the feces form, and the way they do in water :). Below is the method:

1. Spreading like porridge

The best feces is bubur. It’s not the same with diarrhea. You can compare it with baby feces who only consumed ASI.

2. When go into water, it breaks and or flying on top of water

This is good. Meaning, you don’t have much toxin in your colon.

3. When go into water, it doesn’t break and it flying inside the water

What I meant by flying in the water is that is neither on the top of water nor in the bottom. It’s just flying in the middle. How can you observe that? You find out your self.

4. When go into water, it diping right to the bottom

It means that your colon contains much toxin. It is usually so hard that it can make the anus bleeding. You are in a serious constipation.

In addition to the above condition, feces form like pasta or diarrhea is also the symptom of chronic constipation. Below is the photograps of dried feces (taken from the book written by DR. Bernard Jensen, an Iridology expert entitle "Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management")

Diagnose Your Colon: Hand Diagnose

Every change in our organs (function, immunity or toxin) will reflect to our hand (palm and back hand). Our hand will change in color or form.

Through hand analysis, a natural practitioner will identify which organ that has problems, so they can decide what medicine/herbal you should take. They usually compare with other method (palpation, tounge, and or iridology), but for beginner, hand analysis is powerful enough.

What I meant with hand is clearly shown in the below pictures:

Below is one of the symptom we should identify wether we experience constipation or not:
"Line segment on the back of the fingers is dark. The more darker, the more serious the constipation."
You can explore the complete symptons in hand diagnose in the ebook I wrote entitle: “LOVE YOUR COLON, Do Colon Cleansing”.
